PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM IN NOVA SCOTIA

Nova Scotia provides you with a way of life that is rich in opportunity and technology. The Nova Scotia Provincial Nominee Program (NSPNP) allows submissions from skilled foreign nationals searching for work permits to supplement their income in Canada.

Express Entry into Nova Scotia

Applicants can apply for the following programmes through the federal Express Entry pool.

  • Federal Skilled Worker (Federal Skilled Worker)
  • Skilled Tradesman (Federal)
  • Class on the Canadian Experience

Requirement for Applicants

  • They must be between the ages of 22 and 55.
  • The desire to immigrate.
  • Under NOC skill, you must have at least one year of full-time job experience (or six years of part-time work experience) (O, A or B).
  • A valid work permit is required.
  • Secondary or post-secondary education, or its equivalent, has been completed.
  • English/French language abilities are required.

Skilled Worker Program in Nova Scotia

Foreign nationals with the following skills, semi-skilled, and low-skilled experiences are eligible to apply.

  • Work experience at the O, A, or B job levels that requires a high degree of ability.
  • Semi-skilled experience in NOC ‘C’ employment levels having a six-month internship at a Nova Scotia company
  • Low-skilled individual with a minimum of 6 months work experience in job level NOC ‘D’.

Requirement for Applicants

  • They must be between the ages of 21 and 55.
  • Intention of working and settling down.
  • The legal status of the resident nation is then provided by proof of status in Nova Scotia or foreign applicants.
  • A job offer has been made.
  • Passed high school with honors.
  • Credentials for training or licensing
  • In English/French, you have a CLB language score of 5.
  • Financial evidence is required.
  • Employer is a PR from Nova Scotia with a minimum of 6 months experience.
  • The employment offer from the employer must be full-time and permanent.
  • The history of the employer must prove that they have followed all rules and regulations.

Stream for International Graduate Entrepreneurs

This route is for foreign graduates who desire to live in Nova Scotia permanently while owning or managing a company.

Requirement for Applicants

  • Their minimum age is 21 years old.
  • Show that you're interested.
  • Nova Scotia University/Community College awarded me a two-year post-secondary diploma.
  • Before applying, you must have a year of business operations experience.
  • 7 CLB in English/French language evaluation.
  • In addition to engaging in day-to-day operations, you will have full ownership of the company.
  • Businesses must operate under a compensation mechanism known as the Low Income Cutoff (LICO).
  • Profitability is essential in business.
  • It is necessary to contribute to Nova Scotia's economic development.
  • Employ one Canadian citizen or permanent resident on a full-time basis.

Stream of Physicians

General practitioners, family physicians, and specialized physicians can apply to practise in Nova Scotia under the physician stream. In response to open positions not filled by a permanent resident or a citizen of Canada, the stream recruits and retains physicians.

Requirement for Applicants

  • General practitioners and family physicians (NOC 3112) as well as specialised physicians are covered (NOC 3111).
  • The position must be printed on official NSHA or IWK letterhead and signed and dated by an NSHA or IWK official. The signature of the applicant is also required.
  • Obtaining a licence from the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia.
  • The applicant must be qualified to apply for NSHA and IWK rights and credentials.
